Clery Statement Redlands Community College is committed to providing a safe place to live, work, study and visit.
Part of this effort includes sharing information regarding the safety and security of our campuses.
Redlands provides email notifications to all students, faculty and staff when a Clery Crime occurs in or near Redlands Community College campus or any of its sites.
These notifications are primarily sent if the incident poses an ongoing safety threat as determined by the President of the College or his designee.
The act requires colleges and universities to make timely warnings, known as Safety Alerts at Redlands, to campus community members about specific types of crime if an ongoing threat is believed to exist.

Part-time position(s) Redlands Community College is seeking qualified candidates to apply for a part-time Human Resources Assistant position.
This is a part-time position, working up to 25 hours per week, earning between $15.
00 to $16.
00 per hour.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
maintain leave and compensatory time records for all employees; maintain online classroom for Redlands Safety Training; monitor NIMS training and safety training completions and delinquency; submit reports regarding hiring; issue and process forms through DocuSign; respond to staff and public inquiries; process daily email and physical mail; process employment applications; post vacant positions, schedule interviews and mail letters to applicants not hired for the position; and maintain personnel files for all employees; process, scan and archive old personnel and payroll files; audit benefit claims; process and enter new employees into college software; and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications include:
High School diploma or GED; skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel; detail-oriented; ability to establish effective working relationships with faculty, staff and students; strong organizational skills, excellent oral and written communication skills; dependable and self-motivated; ability to multi-task and prioritize in a changing work environment; and be able to work a flexible schedule when needed.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
